In regards to it-s parfnership of sales trough e/bay yeah, butif you use it to charge or recieve money it has no problem, so long you ahve your forms and vinculated card in order.

Actually Paypall allos you to put a limit to how much you pay and even if I update daily, you'll never pass the monthly limit you have for your pays.
